What are your hours?

We are open:
Sunday-Thursday 10am-11pm
Friday-Saturday 10am-12am

How long does it last?

The experience will take around 20 – 30 minutes to complete.

What if I am running late? Can I still ride?

Yes! If you miss your scheduled entry time, we will make every effort to get your experience started as soon as possible.

What if I can not make my scheduled time?

Please visit our website or see a Team Member at the Ticket Sales counter to reschedule your flight.

Can I ride if I use a wheelchair?

This is an amusement attraction and does not permit wheelchairs on the ride itself. Guest who have the option to transfer to the ride vehicle should consult a Team Member.

Can I ride with my service animal?

Animals are not permitted to ride the attraction but can still enjoy the experience from an alternate viewing area.

Who can ride?

Guests must be 55” to ride. Guests between 40” and 55” may ride with an adult chaperon. There is not an age limit. Guests with extreme body sizes may not be able to ride. Guests must be able to assume a normal “sitting” position and support their extremities.

Can I ride if I am pregnant?

Amusement rides are not intended for use by pregnant individuals.

What should I expect during the ride experience?

Guests will experience feelings of flight as they are suspended on an elevated platform. Throughout the ride, the platform and seats will tilt, rock, and move to simulate the feeling of flight. Guest will experience flashing lights, scents, motion, and light mist during the ride.

Is there a place to store my items?

Each seat has a small storage area underneath. Large items such as umbrellas, bulky bags, or other packages are not permitted and should be left with a non-rider. SkyFly: Soar America is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Can I just walk up and ride?

You are welcome to purchase tickets in person for the earliest available entry time. Please note entry times may not be immediately available.

Will I fly over all the United States?

We took some of the most unique features of the United States and created this custom film but there is no way to include ALL of the beautiful sites across the United States.

Can I bring a large group?

Yes! Please contact us to schedule a group experience.

Can I purchase tickets without stopping at the Ticket Counter?

Yes! Tickets are available on our website that can be purchased in advance. Your ticket can be printed or shown on your mobile device.
